AI HMPS Seminar on Upu Information System: Utilization of Artificial Intelligence to increase productivity
Medan, May 3, 2025 - Student Association of Study Programs (HMPS) Information Systems Potential Utama University (UPU) successfully held a seminar with the theme "Utilization of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to increase productivity" on Saturday, May 3, 2025, at 08.00 WIB until completed in the Hall of Building B Upu. This activity was attended by students from various majors in Upu, signifying high enthusiasm for the latest technological developments.
This seminar aims to:
- Improving students' insights and skills in the field of information technology, especially the application of AI.
- Expanding relations and networks between students and IT industry practitioners.
- Provide certificates as added value for participants in the academic and professional world.
- Provides an interactive and fun educational container for students.
- Strengthening the collaboration between HMPS Upu Information Systems and Medan Computer for further activities.
The event presented competent speakers in the field of AI, which discussed how artificial intelligence technology can be used to improve work efficiency, business innovation, and solutions in various industrial sectors. Participants were also given the opportunity to discuss directly with speakers, enriching their understanding of AI opportunities and challenges in the digital age.
"We hope that this seminar not only increases knowledge, but also triggers students' creative ideas in utilizing AI for productivity," said the head of the committee. This activity was also supported by the faculty and universities, showing upu's commitment in advancing student competencies in the field of technology.
